Giving my ride a nice bath when I noticed a crack on the front tire left side (130/70/18). Right side looks perfect though, I dont know if that makes a difference. Thinking bout' it, I only ran about 2000 miles with it, no idea when it had the damage. I guess God been looking after me lol. Shall I file a report to NHTSA?

Whoa! a crack on tires can be dangerous, good thing you were able to catch it. I suggest you get it replaced as soon as you can. you can't really drive using that tire! As for reporting it, think you can if it's a manufacturing defect if not, then i don't think they will bother to a look? Stay safe!

Man, you're out here pampering your ride like it's at a spa, and it hits you with a "surprise, I'm cracked!" moment on the left side only like it's got a secret beef with curbs. And at only 2k miles? Yeah, might be worth letting NHTSA know before the tire decides to ghost you mid-ride.
