check engine light on after draining the battery

So my friend has a 2021 Road Glide had a little oopsie. he left the switch on and totally drained the battery. After jumpstarting and charging it back up, now the check engine light is on. Any ideas what might be going on?

it's okay, you should just ride it a bit, bcs low voltage can sometimes trip the check engine light on Harleys, a normal ride would reset itself
